Here is my fun list of things that I learned / observed this weekend...
1. People that think they are the "F-ing Greatest" usually end up in a cluster-f**k 2. Sea Lions are never good 3. People will try to cheat or steal the stupidest things and then get mad at you because you caught them 4. The new guy should always have to buy lunch 5. Some of the best people are under-paid and under-appreciated 6. Too many people think they are entitled to everything and you should be honored to be in their presence 7. Apparently, it is acceptable to tell someone, whom you don't even know, how to teach their class. 8. Don't leave your keys in the back of someone else's truck 9. Some people will do anything, including sticking it to people they know, for a few extra bucks
and...
10. I am the greatest diver ever and now have to write a book so that everyone can learn from me.

That is funny, I am sure that some here feel your pain. Where were you at? Sea lions?

It was a good time. The people I went with are really good people and a lot of fun to be with. I try not to let other peoples issues bother me and just watched as all that stuff happened.
We were down in Bonne Terre Mine. The people there always treat me great. I just got signed off on the rest of the trails and got to go on some "Bear" trails. We went to the old city - quite amazing to picture all that people used to do there.
I did have a "brain fart" on one of the dives. I was diving air and my computer put me into deco. I did my first stop at 70' for 2 min and as I was sitting there I habitually checked my bottom timer on my other wrist to verify time and depth. So I see it says "E01". My mind starts racing through all the possibilities - Its a Uwatec they usually don't have any flooding problems, was I actually deeper than I thought, what if my compuer (VR3) is wrong too... Anyway after that first rush through my head I took another look and realized that I put it on my wrist upside down (I have a bungee mount in place of the rubber buckle strap). The E01 was actually my max depth of 103 - HA it gave me a good laugh.
