As a result of the media hype the authorities have indicted the guy whose wife died in an accident while diving in Australia on their honeymoon. I truly beleive this guy just paniced and could not function well enough to save his wife. One thing that Fox news was playing was the fact that the guy asked his wife to change the beneficiary on a life insurance policy. Wouldn't this be a normal finacial discussion between newlyweds?

What do you think?

People do some really stupid things when they are under stress underwater - and most of the time they can't explain just what they did or why they did it.  Many times what they say (and what they think) happened is just wrong.
