I have only been there once, but Capt Darrick goes there every year and there are two outfits in that area that are sponsers of the website.  Their names are native vacations and fun2dive scuba.  If you go the the home page of this site you will see their ads on the right side.  You may have to refresh a couple times to get them to come up.

Darrick goes there almost every month. A lot of his open water training is done at Haigh Quarry and about every month, he goes to Florida with a group of students to complete basic and advanced certifications. I've been there once and my wife has been there twice. He tends to go to the Blue Grotto, Devil's Den and swim with the manatee. It's all fresh water diving.

Weather conditions and water conditions are great right now.  Visibility is good and it is just cold enough to keep the manatees in the Bay.  THere a few good places to stay, and one great place to stay.  Capt. Darrick stays at my rental house several times during the year and my web site is www.nativevacations.com .  Please let me know if you have any more questions.
