Has any subscriber ever dove at Bikini Atol? I understand this is actually where the Japanese fleet was sunk. I was told there are Japanese Destroyers laying on the bottom here. Truk Lagoon only has supply ships sunk there not Battleships is what I have been told. Bikini Atol is supposed to have the real deal. I am interested in travel advise. Please be as detailed as you can in your response.

I had thought that dive tourism had been closed for 2009 for various reasons, but that certian boats might be allowed for diving if they met certian criteria. Not sure of the details. Just don't eat any of the local produce, since there is a danger of radioactive contamination!
