I am a new diver and will be traveling to the philippines and wanted recommendations for dive shops, divemasters, dive locations and safe boating compaines that offer great diving! Any ideas!

 Toucan Dive in Lake Villa, Illinois ran a trip to the Philipines. I suggest you call Rick Smith, who is the owner, and get some info. I understand it is beautiful, untouched and inexpensive once you are there. 847-362-3483.
