Has anyone heard about the Tabata TUSA RS-670regulator? Apparantly the first stage balance chamber plug is able to loosen to the point of causing a high-pressure leak. It's supposed to be a drowning hazard. The regulators were manufactured in Japan last year. I haven't heard of this particular recall and wanted to let everyone on here know about it.
