Has anyone used the Henderson InstaDry wet suits?  Do they dry as quickly as they say they do?

I have a pair of the instadry boots - I do love them. They do dry like they claim. Boots are the worse to dry. I have looked at the suits. I understand they are tough to get on for the 1st few times. After about 7 wearings it forms to your body and the fit is great. Let us know if you get one and what you think Becky

I tried one on a couple dives. I found that it was like taking a Band-Aid off. It really stuck to my skin and was rather uncomfortable to take off.

I ordered instrdry boots, gloves, and suit.  I ordered a 5mm, which I will be not be using this weekend.    I will be using the boots and gloves, I'll let  you know who they are.  I dislike the fact that my regular boots take 3-4 days to dry out, unless it is really hot outside.

Let me know how the suit works out for you. I have dove the Goldcore and like the feel. But worried about the durability especially for the price. Where did you get your suit at.

Does, anyone else have experience with these jumpsuits. Debating between this or the regular goldcore. Thanks

I did buy the gloves, boots, and suit- I have not worn the suit yet.  So far, I love the gloves and boots- they do dry very quickly.  They have an unusual feel, but thus far I am pleased with my purchase- especially as I do not like getting into wet boots.

The people at Toucan Dive were really helpful.

Is it true that the suit isn't as forgiving as a normal goldcore?

I think what people mean by less forgiving is that the suit will mold to you over time- thus creating a suit that is exclusive for you.  In time, the suit becomes a custom suit for your shape and body type by molding to you and allowing for maximum warmth.  You may experience that it is harder to get in for the first few times- but after the memory fibers adjust to your- it should be pretty easy.

I love mine. I went from a Goldcore to the InstaDry. Sure for the first few times it was difficult to get on but now no probs.  It is warmer than my Goldcore.

The case and towel it came w/ are a waste of money. Offer it w/out the extras and keep the price down. Just my .02

thanks for the info, have decided to look at either going with the 7/5mm GoldCore jumpsuit or the 7/5mm GoldCore Semidry, depending on how well the semidry fits.

I ended up getting the 7mm insta and it worked great this weekend. Though they are harder to put on than a goldcore.
