What's the best option for a woman's wetsuit for midwest diving?

I am a plus size gal and never have found a wetsuit that fit properly off the rack. There is a company called Wet Wear in Florida that does custom wetsuits that are the best ever! You take about 30 different measurements and the suit fits perfectly. It is so comfortable and can be easily altered if your measurements change. They have zippers which open 3 inches on your arms and legs to allow for easy entry into the suit. putting on a suit off the rack is a real struggle. I opted for a 5mm compessed neoprene suit with a vest and am comfortable in a tropical environment and warm with the vest at Haigh Quarry. These suits are not cheap but they are definetly the best!

I would try Chicago Land Scuba in Lake Zurich. They have many sizes and styles of woman's suits. Hey if nothing else you can try one on for size.

Thanks, that's very helpful and probably what I'll do. I think that may be where my brother got his made. I'll definitely check them out.
