New DAN article titled "Seasickness" posted on website

A new DAN article has been posted under “Magazine Articles” on our website. Seasickness and its prevention is of interest to all divers. It is seldom that I go out on a dive boat and no one gets seasick. In my experience it always seems to be entry level divers that get sick. I think Seasickness can be both physical and psychological. Feeling ill on the boat can take the fun and adventure out of a dive excursion. If you can get yourself geared up and in the water while seasick most divers will feel better. As soon as the boat is in calm water or at the dock the symptoms generally subside. Please review this informative article by clicking on “Magazine Articles” on the navigation bar.
